Shaun Stevenson was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Prince Rupert Port Authority in August 2018.

Mr. Stevenson joined PRPA in 1997 assuming progressive roles in helping lead the Port of Prince Rupert in its transformation and growth as a global trade gateway. He was appointed to the position of Vice President, Business Development in October of 2006 and participated in setting the strategic direction for the growth of the Prince Rupert gateway and development of numerous port projects and related infrastructure advancing the growth and expansion of the Port of Prince Rupert to become Canada’s 3rd largest port anchoring in excess of $60 billion in trade value per year.

Shaun holds an MBA degree from Simon Fraser University and lives in Prince Rupert with his wife Cindy and two children Brendan and Zosia.
