Ricky joined Canadian Pacific in December 2020 in his current role, Assistant Vice President, leading sales and marketing for the International Intermodal and Automotive lines of business.

Ricky has valuable and diverse leadership experience across railroad, intermodal and trucking business sectors. Prior to joining CP, he most recently served as Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing at C.R. England – North America’s largest temperature-controlled transportation provider.

Ricky began his transportation career at BNSF Railway, where he held several roles of increasing responsibilities within the intermodal and industrial products business units. After earning his MBA at Texas Christian University, Ricky joined the faculty as Adjunct Professor of Supply Chain Logistics within the Neeley School of Business. Ricky now serves as a board member for the Center for Logistics Education and Research at his alma mater, the University of North Texas.
